Preparation: Choose a place where you can lie undisturbed in dim light or darkness. Lie on your back with your eyes closed, with your arms at your sides and your feet slightly apart and possibly a thin blanket over you.

To avoid being disturbed during the relaxation or meditation, set your phone to do not disturb before playing the audio file.
