Preparation: Choose a place where you can lie undisturbed. Lie on your back with your eyes closed, arms at your sides and feet slightly apart. After relaxation, sit in a comfortable upright position for the meditation, on a chair, against the wall with legs straight or in a meditation posture.

To avoid being disturbed during the relaxation or meditation, set your phone to do not disturb before playing the audio file.
